Aqua Aerobics Instructor Huntersville, NC 28070 $35 an hour - Part-time, Seasonal, Contract $35 an hour - Part-time, Seasonal, Contract Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Aqua Aerobics Instructor to lead engaging water-based fitness classes that promote health, wellness, and fun for 55+ communities in Huntersville and Indian Land SC. In this role, you will design and deliver dynamic aquatic exercise programs tailored to diverse fitness levels, ensuring participants achieve their health goals while enjoying a motivating environment. Your expertise will help foster a positive community atmosphere, encouraging members to stay active and committed to their fitness journeys. Responsibilities Lead high-energy aqua aerobics classes that incorporate various water exercises, including cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance routines. Develop innovative program designs that will keep classes fresh and challenging. Ensure safe and effective movements for participants of all ages and abilities. Adapt class content to accommodate different fitness levels, injuries, or special needs while maintaining an engaging atmosphere. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages group interaction, motivation, and personal achievement. Qualifications Must have an Aqua Aerobics Certification. If Certified in other styles such as Strength, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, or Dance Cardio that would be highly desirable. CPR Certified Proven experience in group fitness instruction. Demonstrate ability to design effective fitness programs. Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all skill levels.
