GED Full Job Description What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 year experience based on certification OR on-going mentorship program with group fitness supervisor preferred
What You'll Do:
Must be able to appropriately operate the stereo and microphone system. Must be able to communicate with GF coordinator via email correspondence on a regular basis. Other methods of communication may be in person, via text, via scheduling platform - GroupExPro or other system. Must effectively lead and grow participation in prospective classes, according to the group fitness supervisor or other management. Must effectively manage movement techniques and safety during prospective classes. Must comply with certification requirements in teaching class and designing class Creates an overall "positive" experience in regard to programming and effectiveness of class. Completes and submits monthly volume and class instruction reports per the direction of the group fitness supervisor or other management Provides equipment recommendations based on class needs and programming. Must be able to actively recruit new members for group fitness classes and membership. Participates regularly in group fitness meetings and feedback sessions. Must be able to work in GroupExPro for class management OR other system if updated/changed Must keep certifications up to date and participate in annual continuing education per direction of certifying body and/or group fitness supervisor
