We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping our clients achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized fitness programs for clients based on their fitness level and goals. Conduct fitness assessments and provide guidance on proper exercise techniques. Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed. Ensure cleanliness and neatness of the gym and equipment used. Call lead list daily to build schedule. Attend monthly team meetings and individual one-on-one meetings with the manager. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Qualifications:
Certified personal trainer. Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred. CPR certification. Knowledgeable in a variety of fitness programs and equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. We offer competitive compensation, including starting pay of $25 an hour for full-time employees. In addition, we provide health insurance, IRA, and paid time off for full-time employees.
