Interactive Entertainer / Party Motivator (Perfect for Teachers, Dancers & Fitness Instructors!) ATG Entertainment Do you have a big personality, great energy, and love working with people? ATG Entertainment is looking for Interactive Entertainers (aka Party Motivators) to bring excitement, dance, and fun to high-energy teen events - especially Bat Mitzvahs ! Our Interactive Entertainers lead games, dance with guests, hype the crowd, and keep the energy flowing all night. Think of it as part performer, part camp counselor, and part hype squad. If you love music, movement, and making people smile - this is the most fun side job you'll ever have.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Outgoing, energetic, and positive personalities Comfortable engaging large groups of teens and families Great with people, especially kids and parents Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Experience in teaching, coaching, fitness, cheer, dance, theater, or performing is a plus but not required Must be available on Saturdays

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Motivate guests on the dance floor Lead interactive games and dances Help create an unforgettable celebration Work alongside our DJs, MCs, and production crews Potential to grow into higher-paying MC and DJ roles as you gain experience

PAY & GROWTH

Starting at $200 per event (typically 4-6 hours) Additional pay available for setup and breakdown assistance. Growth path to MC role ( with higher pay )
