Description:

Seeking an experienced and certified Yoga Instructor to lead Power Hour Yoga classes in San Mateo, CA as needed. As the Contracted Yoga Instructor, you will design and conduct yoga sessions tailored to all participants, showcasing your deep understanding of yoga principles. Responsibilities:

• Conducting Power Hour Yoga classes for employees
• Designing and leading Yoga workouts suitable for participants of various fitness levels
• Providing guidance on proper technique and form during exercises
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants

Requirements:

• RYT Yoga Instructor Certification
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
