Job Description
Experienced Strength Coach / Leadership RoleWho We Are Booty Lab is a women-only strength training studio focused on helping women build confidence through strength. We're not a "burn out and sweat it out" type of gym. We focus on progressive overload, proper form, quality coaching, and getting stronger for life. We're looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of personal training or strength coaching experience Loves strength training and understands it's more than just creating a sweaty workout Has a strong understanding of progressive overload and proper strength programming Can confidently coach form, modify movements, and meet women where they are Is comfortable coaching and developing other coaches Can identify areas where our coaching and client experience can improve Brings energy but also knows when to slow things down and focus on quality Takes initiative and doesn't need to be told every little thing that needs to be done Is reliable, self-aware, organized, and takes ownership Wants to be part of growing something—not just clock in, coach a class, and leave This is NOT a "stand around and count reps" job. This is a coaching and leadership role. What Makes Booty Lab Different We don't do random workouts—we follow structured programming. We focus on strength and long-term results , not quick fixes. We actually know our clients and care about their progress. We believe women don't need to live in the gym to see results. We're building a community, not just filling classes. We care just as much about the quality of the coaching as we do the workout itself.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 5 years of personal training/strength coaching experience Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or equivalent education/experience Strong understanding of strength training principles and foundational movements including squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and hip thrusts Experience confidently coaching and modifying movements Comfortable working with beginners and women who may feel intimidated by the gym CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain certification Bonus if you: Have experience leading or mentoring other coaches Have experience with small group training Have experience with gym operations, client retention, or fitness business systems Are passionate about women's fitness and confidence building Want to grow into a larger leadership position Align with our "workout for life, not live in the gym" mindset Schedule Early morning and/or evening availability is preferred.
