Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a high-energy Fitness Instructor to primarily lead our Total Body Toning and Bootcamp classes, with options to teach additional days/classes if desired. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early mornings, loves strength and conditioning-style programming, and knows how to push members while keeping workouts safe, structured, and fun. Our ideal instructor brings intensity, motivation, and a strong understanding of functional strength training, metabolic conditioning, and proper movement mechanics. Current Openings:
We are currently hiring for the following morning classes:
Monday:
6:00AM & 9:00
AM Tuesday:
5:30AM & 6:30
AM Thursday:
5:30AM & 6:30AM Opportunity to add additional classes and grow your schedule based on performance, member engagement, and availability.
Responsibilities:
Lead structured, high-energy Total Body Toning and Bootcamp classes in the morning. Lead Small Group Personal Training classes in the morning ( if certified ). Program and coach full-body strength, core, conditioning, and interval-based workouts. Provide hands-on coaching with form corrections and movement progressions/regressions. Create a motivating, supportive, and results-driven environment. Ensure safe equipment usage (dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, benches, etc.). Keep classes engaging, organized, and on schedule. Foster strong relationships with members to build retention and community. Maintain a clean and organized workout space after each class. Promote additional training services and programs when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience leading group fitness classes, preferably in bootcamp or total body toning formats. Experience teaching Small Group Personal Training (highly preferred). Strong understanding of strength training principles and functional movement. Comfortable leading structured interval and circuit-style programming. CPR/AED certified. Personal Training Certification (highly preferred). Certification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA) is required; ongoing education is encouraged High-energy personality with strong leadership presence. Reliable and committed to early morning shifts. Passion for helping members build strength, confidence, and consistency.
