Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic health and fitness team as a Personal Trainer, where your passion for health, wellness, and fitness will inspire clients to achieve their personal goals. In this energetic role, you will design tailored workout programs, motivate individuals and groups, and foster a positive environment that encourages progress and confidence. In addition to your personal experience in the field, we have an in-house Certification Program taught by our Trainer Director who has over 40 year's experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives while advancing your career in a vibrant health club setting. Responsibilities Develop customized fitness programs based on clients' goals, abilities, and health conditions Conduct personal training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety Motivate clients to stay committed and track their progress through regular assessments Requirements Proven experience in personal training or fitness coaching with relevant certifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate clients Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE) is preferred Join us to empower others through fitness!
