Responsibilities Lead energetic and motivating Xformer / Megaformer classes, demonstrating proper form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness Develop and adapt class routines that cater to varying skill levels, ensuring all participants are engaged and challenged appropriately Provide clear instructions and modifications to accommodate individual needs Educate participants on proper equipment setup, and workout principles to maximize results Stay current with industry trends Qualifications Proven experience teaching group fitness classes with Xformer or Megaformer equipment Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct clearly and motivate effectively Join us as a Xformer / Megaformer instructor if you're passionate about empowering others through innovative fitness experiences!
