Your expertise will inspire individuals of all fitness levels to unlock their full potential through engaging coaching, effective program design, and exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' health status, goals, and limitations Develop customized workout plans that incorporate biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics principles tailored to each individual Deliver motivating coaching sessions that emphasize proper technique, safety, and progression in heavy lifting, group fitness, or personal training settings Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention (including first aid and CPR procedures), and healthy lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey Build strong client rapport through effective communication, active listening, and ongoing support to foster loyalty and engagement Promote fitness programs and services to maximize client retention and sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards Ensure safety during all activities by adhering to manual handling protocols, operating AED devices when necessary, and managing liability insurance requirements Experience Proven experience in sports coaching or personal training within the fitness industry or health club environment Knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics essential for program design and injury prevention Demonstrated ability to teach physical education or lead group fitness classes effectively Strong background in fitness sales, client communication, and customer service excellence Certifications including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, first aid training, and liability insurance are required Experience with gym equipment operation, heavy lifting techniques, and manual handling procedures preferred Prior experience in health club settings or working with diverse populations enhances your fit for this role Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for fitness transforms lives! $30.00 - $40.12 per hour
