Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer

Certified Personal Trainers (CPT) and Group Fitness Instructors (GFI) - We are looking for one or two experienced Certified Personal Trainers with at least three years experience with a passion for helping others. Trainers with a personal book of clients is not necessary although it is encouraged. Long-term commitment of at least 18 months is required with a big opportunity to grow with a start up business that has plans of expansion. Char Fitness Club, located in Montclair, NJ has recently opened (01/08/2021) and is now looking to expand their personal training hours of service going into the new year. As a hired CPT for CFC you will have 24 hour access to a 1,400 sq ft training studio to utilize for your own business along with part-time access to the entire 3,500 sq ft facility. Looking to train 10-20+ hours a week? We welcome passionate, motivated and hard working trainers looking to grow within our company. Trainers will also be part-time or substitutes for our Group Fitness HIIT + Strength Classes. GFI will be asked to work early mornings (6am start) and|or late afternoon (8pm stop) as well as weekend mornings (8-10am). At CFC we will put you through a 4-6 week training program to make sure you are proficient and comfortable with all of the exercises we perform in classes. Certified Group Instructor encouraged, but if you have no certification, we can help you obtain one. Similar to our CPT, we want our Group Fitness Instructors to be highly motivated to help individuals become their best self. Business mentoring and employee assistance is included to help shape and grow and retain your personal training business. Once established, you will be awarded an "allowance" every 6 months to purchase new equipment for your clientele.
