We're looking for a Training Manager who's ready to lead from the front — to set the tone, shape the team, and build a powerhouse training department from the ground up.

NASM certified (or equivalent), with a strong personal training background. A business-minded operator. What You'll Do:

Lead the Training Department — Oversee and develop a team of elite trainers who deliver world-class results and service. Drive Sales Growth — Own the training department's revenue goals and coach your team to consistently hit them. Develop Talent — Run weekly trainings, mentor new trainers, and implement systems that elevate performance across the board. Enforce Standards — Be the example. Set and uphold the standard for professionalism, client service, and results. Collaborate with Leadership — Work closely with the GM and COO to grow the business, execute strategy, and create an unmatched member experience.

Requirements:

3+ years of personal training experience (NASM preferred) 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a fitness or performance setting Proven track record of driving sales and coaching others to hit sales goals Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable enforcing high standards and holding a team accountable Must be available for full-time, in-person leadership role at Iron Culture North Bergen.
