Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, charismatic trainer who thrives both in 1-on-1 personal training settings and in leading Small Group Personal Training classes. As an Independent Contractor, you will have the autonomy to run high-value sessions while leveraging our facility, equipment, and client community. This role is ideal for an ambitious coach who wants top-tier compensation, ongoing professional development, and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities 1-on-1 &
Small Group Coaching:
Design and deliver safe, effective, and progressive strength and conditioning workouts for individual clients and small groups.
Client Engagement:
Foster an encouraging, high-energy, and community-driven environment that keeps clients motivated and accountable.
Form & Safety Execution:
Assess client movement mechanics, provide real-time form corrections, and offer scalable exercise regressions/progressions as needed.
Member Retention:
Build strong relationships with clients to drive retention and support their ongoing health and fitness journeys.
Professional Standards:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment before, during, and after sessions.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:
$30.00 - $65.00 per hour, scaled based on session type (1-on-1 vs. Small Group) and appointment volume. 1-on-1

Requirements & Qualifications Certification:
Active NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, CSCS, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent).
Experience:
1+ years of personal training or group fitness instruction experience preferred (passionate new coaches with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Insurance:
Ability to provide proof of active Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
CPR/AED Certification:
Current CPR/AED certification required.
