Job Summary IG @petal.pilates www.petal-pilates.com Petal Pilates is seeking a passionate and creative Pilates Instructor to join our team in Secaucus, NJ. Our studio is a new boutique space designed to inspire — where movement is both strengthening and soulful. We're looking for someone who shares our belief that movement is more than discipline, it's devotion: a practice that empowers clients to move with strength, grace, and joy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in reformer Pilates instruction. You'll guide clients of all levels through thoughtful, effective classes that honor proper alignment, foster connection, and leave them feeling both challenged and cared for. Responsibilities Lead group and private Pilates classes that are safe, engaging, and inspiring. Offer modifications and progressions to meet a variety of client needs and levels. Create a welcoming, uplifting environment where clients feel seen and supported. Maintain a safe, and professional studio space. Embody Petal Pilates' ethos of devotion over discipline — encouraging clients to show up for themselves with consistency and care. Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer, or comprehensive training preferred). Experience teaching in a group or private setting.
