Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Personal Trainer to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. In this dynamic role, you will design personalized workout plans, deliver engaging coaching sessions, and foster a motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and sports coaching will be essential in creating effective programs tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities Develop customized workout plans based on client assessments, fitness levels, and personal objectives Deliver motivating coaching sessions that incorporate proper body mechanics, heavy lifting techniques, and program design principles Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention, and safe exercise practices. Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, active listening, and personalized support Maintain detailed records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments Promote fitness services and memberships to enhance client engagement and retention Requirements Personal Training certification preferred or willing to become certified, but not mandatory. Proven experience in personal training, sports coaching, or teaching physical education within the fitness industry Knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective training methods Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation-or willing to get certified. Strong background in program design, coaching techniques with excellent customer service skills Ability to motivate diverse clients by building trust and fostering a positive environment Experience working in health clubs or gyms is preferred but not mandatory Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing manual handling tasks safely Join us to empower individuals through expert coaching and personalized fitness solutions!
