Job Summary Join Our Team at ROS Pilates & Wellness! ROS Pilates & Wellness is seeking passionate, energetic, and client-focused Pilates Instructors to join our growing team. We're looking for instructors who are committed to helping clients build strength, confidence, and wellness in a welcoming and supportive environment. Responsibilities Lead safe and engaging Reformer Pilates classes for clients of all fitness levels. Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive studio atmosphere. Provide hands-on modifications and progressions when appropriate. Build relationships with members and encourage client retention. Arrive prepared for classes and maintain a clean, organized studio. Follow studio policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer certification required; Mat certification is a plus). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Previous teaching experience preferred but not required. Schedule Full-time Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred Flexible scheduling Pay $35-$40 per class
