We are seeking passionate and driven Pilates Instructors to help us build an elite community from the ground up. In this role, you will lead dynamic group and private sessions on our custom-made Megaformer machines, delivering results-driven workouts that challenge, sculpt, and transform. You'll play a key role in shaping the client experience from day one combining expert instruction, motivation, and a strong understanding of body mechanics. This is a paid opportunity to grow with a new, premium fitness brand and make a real impact in a fast-growing studio environment. Responsibilities Lead high-energy Megaformer Pilates classes for both group sessions and private clients Guide clients through proper form, alignment, and controlled movements for maximum results and safety Modify and progress exercises based on individual fitness levels and goals Create an engaging, motivating, and elevated class experience that reflects the Nakedcore brand Educate clients on the benefits of Megaformer training, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and core stability Ensure a safe workout environment by correcting form and preventing injury Support studio growth by building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat bookings and memberships Requirements Certification in Pilates (experience with Megaformer-style training preferred) Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement mechanics Experience teaching group fitness classes in a studio or boutique setting High-energy personality with strong presence and confidence leading a room Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to motivate, engage, and retain clients Background in personal training, sales, or client retention is a plus Passion for fitness, wellness, and being part of a growing brand from launch Why Nakedcore?
