If you love helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident while creating an amazing class experience, we'd love to meet you. About Us Bikini Fitness is a women-only fitness community focused on empowerment, results, and support. We believe fitness should be fun, welcoming, and life-changing. Our Pilates program is an important part of helping our members achieve their goals while feeling encouraged every step of the way. Responsibilities Lead safe, engaging, and effective Reformer Pilates classes. Demonstrate proper exercise technique and provide form corrections. Modify exercises for different fitness levels and injuries. Build strong relationships with clients and create a welcoming environment. Motivate and support members throughout their fitness journey. Track attendance and client progress. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment. Work collaboratively with the Bikini Fitness team. Qualifications Pilates Reformer Certification required. Previous teaching experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and team-player mentality. Passion for helping women achieve their fitness goals. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and organized. What We Look For Someone who genuinely cares about people.
