Genuine desire to help clients improve their wellness (most important!) Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and an enjoyment of fitness and modern music 1+ year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Dance Instruction, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills Great cueing, strong ability to communicate Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics Ability to attend October 7-10 training bootcamp in NYC Nice toHaves:
