  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness training and a desire to motivate and educate clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. This role involves leading group classes and designing effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs. The Fitness Instructor will play a key role in fostering a positive and energetic environment within our health club. Duties Lead engaging group fitness classes, Educate clients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness. Design customized fitness programs that incorporate elements of strength training, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning. Maintain knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology to enhance client understanding of fitness principles. Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement. Foster a supportive community atmosphere within the gym, encouraging members to participate in classes and activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fitness instruction. Experience Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role is preferred. Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is highly desirable. Knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and program design is essential for success in this position. Experience leading yoga classes or cycling sessions is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
