We're hiring a part-time Fitness Specialist for our Stony Brook location — someone who wants a real role with real structure, not just a few sessions on the side. Your Schedule This is a consistent, set shift: Monday

What You'll Do Deliver professional, safe, effective personal training sessions Design client programs in Trainerize Manage schedules and client data in Mindbody Generate 2+ referrals per month and contribute to supplement sales Run and attend specialty workshops Help build a culture we're proud of Who We're Looking For NCCA-accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of paid training experience preferred Strong communicator — professional, confident, coachable Sales-aware — you understand Fitness Specialist revenue is part of the job Hungry for a career, not just a paycheck

- 26/hr (25 hrs/week) Quarterly raises: 2% per quarter when you hit 4.

Commissions:
Training referrals, nutrition referrals, supplement sales, client upgrades First 30 days bonus: $200 per self-sourced client signup Benefits after probation: 401(k), AFLAC supplemental insurance, paid sick leave 30-Day Onboarding/Probationary Period All new hires begin with a 30-day probationary period (30 calendar days from start date). Compensation during this period is at New York State minimum wage. Upon completion, pay advances to your agreed hourly rate and benefits eligibility begins.
