We are looking for an energetic and engaging Cycling Instructorto join our team and lead dynamic, music-driven classes that leave clients feeling strong, challenged, and confident. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with women in a group setting and understands how to create an inclusive, encouraging class experience while delivering an effective workout. Responsibilities Lead high-quality, engaging barre classes that align with the Pulse style and energy Create structured, workouts incorporating strength, and endurance Offer clear cues, hands-on corrections, and modifications for all fitness levels Build relationships with members and foster a strong sense of community Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive class environment Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes Qualifications Cycling certification or relevant group fitness certification (or willingness to train in our format) Strong understanding of form, alignment, and low-impact strength training Experience teaching group fitness classes preferred Ability to connect with a predominantly female clientele of all fitness levels Confident, upbeat coaching style with strong music and rhythm awareness Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
