Avon Fitness Center University Hospitals United States, Ohio, Avon 1997 Healthway Drive (Show on map) Aug 22, 2026 A Brief Overview Responsible for providing personal training for a variety of types of clientele and tailoring the workout plan to the customer's health and wellness goals. What You Will Do Develops exercise programs based on customer goals and assessment findings. Instructs participant on proper form/technique. Provides motivation and feedback to client during the session while ensuring safety. Markets personal training services to members and non-members. Responsible for maintaining a personal training client base. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
