Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fitness principles, be efficient in communication, and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities while working with clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. This role requires a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. Responsibilities Conduct individual assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels and establish personalized training programs. Develop tailored workout plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and any physical limitations. Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness during workouts. Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their training programs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized training environment. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages clients to stay committed to their fitness journey. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to provide the best service possible. Requirements Certification from a NCCA accredited organization is required Experience in customer service roles is a plus Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise clients effectively during and outside of training sessions Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse clientele Minimum 1 year Personal Training experience required. Up to $92,500.00 per year
