  • Full-time Axio Fitness is looking for a personal trainer and a leader to join our team.
At Axio Fitness, we do things differenlty. Unlike other personal training jobs, there are no sales, split shifts, and unpredictable paychecks that are common in the industry. The company does all the sales and marketing so our trainers can focus on doing what they love. As a studio general manager, you will lead a team of people and hold them accountable to our operational standards, professional training, and strong team environment. All managers are asked to train 15-20 hours a week and spend the rest of their time leading and managing personal trainers and clients. Our leadership role is for anyone passionate about health and fitness who wants to grow professionally as a leader. If you don't have extensive experience in personal training or management, that is okay. We encourage anyone who loves fitness, wants to be a leader, and will support the company in operational excellence to apply. We will guide you through extensive training and development in both personal training and business and support you daily in your role.
