Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling About Us TITLE Boxing Club Downtown Cincinnati is a high-energy fitness community offering Boxing, Kickboxing, Box+Lift, and our new Box+Sculpt classes , along with personal training. We're more than a gym—we're a community focused on helping members relieve stress, build strength, improve fitness, and feel their best. Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, high-energy Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach to join our team. This role combines 1:1 and small-group personal training with opportunities to coach TITLE Boxing, and Box+Lift classes . Candidates with a Pilates, sculpt, barre, or similar group fitness background may also have the opportunity to coach our new Box+Sculpt class format. Boxing or kickboxing experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training on our fundamentals and class formats. Key Responsibilities Lead 1:1 and small-group personal training sessions (2-5 clients) Build customized programs based on client goals, including strength, conditioning, weight loss, and boxing technique Conduct new-member PT consultations and help onboard clients into training programs Coach high-energy Boxing, Kickboxing, and Box+Lift group fitness classes Potentially coach Box+Sculpt for candidates with Pilates, sculpt, barre, or related experience Demonstrate proper technique and provide modifications for a variety of fitness levels Create an engaging, supportive training environment that drives results and retention Collaborate with our team to grow PT participation and enhance the overall member experience Group Fitness Coaching This position includes the opportunity to coach approximately 1-2 group fitness classes per week , with additional classes and subbing opportunities available.
Our class formats include:
Boxing:
Boxing technique, heavy-bag work, cardio, and core training in a high-energy group environment.
Kickboxing:
Heavy-bag training incorporating punches, kicks, knees, cardio, and conditioning. Box+
Lift:
Boxing rounds combined with strength-focused lifting rounds for a full-body workout. Box+
Sculpt:
Our newest format combining boxing with Pilates-inspired strength, core, stability, and sculpting movements. What We're Looking For Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar) preferred Personal training, strength training, group fitness, or athletic background Boxing, kickboxing, and/or mitt-work experience preferred, but not required Pilates, sculpt, barre, or similar experience is a plus High-energy, positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable coaching both individuals and groups Passion for fitness and helping others succeed Flexible availability, with early morning, midday, and evening opportunities Compensation & Perks Competitive pay with additional PT incentive opportunities Opportunity to grow your personal training schedule and client roster within the club Flexible part-time scheduling Complimentary TITLE Boxing Club membership 2 complimentary apparel items Staff pricing on merchandise and equipment Supportive, team-driven coaching environment Opportunities to grow across personal training, boxing, kickboxing, strength, and sculpt-based group fitness Why TITLE?
