Educate participants on the benefits of yoga for physical health, mental clarity, and stress reduction, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere. Maintain a thorough understanding of health club safety standards, ensuring all sessions adhere to best practices in group fitness instruction. Promote membership sales by engaging with participants about additional programs like personal training or specialty classes such as dance, fitness. Stay current with industry trends in fitness sales, program design, and wellness practices to continually enhance class quality. Qualifications Certification as a Yoga Instructor from an accredited organization demonstrating comprehensive training in yoga techniques and safety protocols. Proven experience teaching group fitness classes with a focus on yoga; additional experience in Pilates, dancing, or sports coaching welcome. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to effectively guide participants through safe movement patterns. Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups while maintaining clear communication and professional demeanor.
