Job Description
Are you obsessed with good movement, strong cores, and helping people feel at home in their bodies? We have two busy studios, and we're looking for fun, welcoming Group Reformer Pilates Instructors to grow with us. About the studio Pilates Strong Club is an independent studio in Medina & Fairlawn. Clean, bright space, group reformer classes, and zero snob energy. We've built a studio where members can get strong, feel supported, and actually look forward to their workouts. The role You'll be the heart of the studio, leading group reformer classes and making people feel strong, safe, and successful. We have 12 reformers and a variety of props to offer a complete Pilates workout. What you'll do: Lead upbeat, group reformer Pilates classes for a mix of levels Offer smart progressions and regressions so everyone feels included Keep a close eye on form and safety while making class fun What we're looking for Pilates instructors with reformer experience (Certification is a plus) Comfortable teaching group classes and managing a room of different levels Friendly, down-to-earth, and reliable Clear, confident cueing (verbal and/or tactile) Open to feedback and excited to grow with our studio What we offer Competitive hourly pay for group reformer classes Room to grow your schedule as the studio expands Free classes for you How to apply Apply Online, on our site or send your resume, certifications, and a quick note about your teaching style to info@Pilatesstrongclub.
