Who We're Looking For We're searching for an energetic, professional coach who genuinely enjoys helping people succeed. The ideal candidate is someone who: Loves strength training and wants to coach it full time. Can confidently coach groups while making every client feel individually coached. Values proper movement, technique, and safety. Builds relationships naturally. Brings positive energy to every session. Is dependable, humble, and eager to learn. Thrives in a team environment. Takes ownership and pride in their work. Experience is important—but attitude, coachability, and character matter even more. Responsibilities Coach small-group personal training sessions. Modify exercises based on injuries, abilities, and goals. Deliver a high-energy, encouraging training environment. Teach proper movement mechanics and exercise technique. Build relationships with members and celebrate their progress. Assist with client assessments and movement screenings. Help onboard new members. Maintain a clean, organized training environment. Communicate with the coaching team regarding client progress. Continue learning and developing as a coach.
