Pilates Mat / Reformer Instructor

We're growing and looking for an inspiring Mat and/or Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team! About the Role We are seeking a knowledgeable, energetic, and community-minded instructor who can confidently lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes. Whether your passion is mat, reformer, or both — we'd love to connect. Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic Mat and/or Reformer Pilates classes for various levels
• Provide hands-on corrections and clear cueing
• Create thoughtful, well-balanced class programming
• Foster a supportive, inclusive studio culture
• Build relationships with clients and encourage retention
• Arrive prepared and on time; maintain studio cleanliness and equipment care
• Must provide proof of liability insurance Qualifications
• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer)
• CPR/AED certified
• Strong understanding of anatomy and alignment
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
• Teaching experience preferred but not required What We Offer
