Job Description
Are you passionate about fitness and love working with children and adults with special needs? Join our team as a Special Needs Athletic Personal Trainer! You'll be responsible for designing and implementing custom fitness programs that cater to the unique needs of our participants. Your enthusiasm, patience and dedication will help inspire our participants to reach their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities
- A general love for children and adults and their commitment to their development.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Adapt exercises to meet individual abilities and goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Ensure safety and wellbeing of all participants. Requirements
- Previous experience working with special needs individuals.
- Strong knowledge of fitness and exercise principals.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
