Fitness Director — Build the PT Department | ONYX Gyms 24/7 | Solon, Ohio ONYX Gyms 24/7 - Solon is looking for a Fitness Director to build our personal training department from the ground up and we're ready to invest in the right person. If you've been running someone else's PT department and know you can do it better , this is your opportunity. ONYX Brands Holdings operates 6 premium fitness locations across Northeast Ohio — ONYX Gyms 24/7 and ONYX Tennis & Racquet Club. We have the facilities, the members, and the system. What we need is a revenue-minded fitness leader who can close PT packages, build a training team, and grow a department month over month. What you'll own: PT revenue at the Solon ONYX — you own the number The ONYX Road Map consultation system a 9-step PT sales process that closes Trainer recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development Floor pulls and PT consult pipeline you and your team are booking first workouts daily Client retention your clients stay for 12 months because of the relationship you build Corporate wellness programming — on-site assessments, Road Maps, and health checks What we're looking for: Current PT certification — NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent 3+ years personal training experience with proven client acquisition and retention A closer, you are comfortable in a consultation and you ask for the sale Experience leading or mentoring other trainers Revenue mindset , you think in EFT, packages, and retention, not just sets and reps Entrepreneurial spirit , you want to build something, not just maintain something What we offer: Competitive base salary + PT revenue commission structure Free ONYX membership for you and your immediate family Direct access to CEO Emil Gamidov — a leader who understands fitness and revenue .
