Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Personal Trainer to lead 1-on-1 and semi-private training sessions, perform thorough initial consultations, and build lasting client relationships. You will guide clients through tailored workouts, assess progress, and actively convert prospective members from initial consultations into ongoing training packages.
Coaching & Programming:
Lead safe, engaging, and individualized workouts for private (1-on-1) and semi-private (small group) clients, adapting exercises on the fly for various fitness levels and physical limitations.
Consultations & Sales:
Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, movement screens, and goal-setting consultations with prospective clients to convert leads into active members.
Retention & Accountability:
Track client progress, adjust programming as needed, and maintain consistent check-ins outside of sessions to drive long-term client retention.
