Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging classes, provide personalized training sessions, and contribute to creating a positive environment that promotes health and well-being. Duties Conduct group fitness classes Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness. Maintain a clean and organized workout space within the health club or gym environment. Foster a supportive community atmosphere among participants to encourage engagement and retention. Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate individuals in a group setting. A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to continuous personal development. Previous experience working in a health club or gym setting is advantageous.
