Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor About Nova Dawn Yoga & Pilates Nova Dawn Yoga & Pilates is a growing boutique wellness studio located in King of Prussia offering Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and Mat Pilates. Our mission is to create a welcoming, empowering, and community-centered experience where clients of all levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Our Reformer studio features 7 Balanced Body Studio Reformers , allowing instructors to provide personalized attention in an intimate small-group setting. We are looking for passionate, experienced, and certified Reformer Pilates instructors to join our team as we continue to expand our schedule.

Responsibilities:

Lead safe, creative, and engaging Reformer Pilates classes for all levels Create thoughtful class flows incorporating strength, mobility, alignment, and proper Pilates principles Provide modifications and progressions to support beginners through advanced clients Utilize props and equipment such as boxes, Pilates rings, balls, straps, and other accessories to enhance the client experience Create a positive, welcoming, and motivating environment Build relationships with clients and support member retention Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio space Assist with sub opportunities and potential new class offerings as the studio grows

Qualifications:

Reformer Pilates certification required Prior group Reformer teaching experience preferred Strong understanding of alignment, anatomy, and safe movement principles Ability to teach mixed-level classes and provide modifications Reliable, professional, and passionate about creating an exceptional client experience Additional certifications in Mat Pilates, Yoga, or fitness are a plus

Schedule Needs:

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
