PILATES EDUCATOR ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Pilates Educator, you'll create an exceptional experience for every member by leading fun, energetic, and safe Pilates classes while helping build a welcoming community. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Training Requirements Pilates Addiction training is required for all educators prior to teaching classes. Opening Crew members will receive their Pilates Addiction training tuition fully paid as part of joining our founding team. Educators are expected to successfully complete all required training and certification requirements before leading classes independently. Teaching & Member Experience Lead safe, engaging, and motivating reformer and mat Pilates classes. Create a welcoming environment where members feel comfortable and supported. Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels. Build genuine relationships with members and help them achieve their fitness goals. Deliver a consistent, high-quality Pilates Addiction experience. Community Help create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging studio culture. Represent Pilates Addiction with professionalism and enthusiasm. Participate in studio events and community outreach opportunities as needed. Build relationships that encourage members to return and become part of our community. Studio Responsibilities Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes. Assist with light studio cleaning and organization before and after classes. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with studio leadership and fellow educators.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current Pilates certification or willingness to complete Pilates Addiction's training program. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable leading groups of all experience levels. Reliable, organized, and team-oriented. Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
Flexible scheduling with morning, evening, and weekend opportunities. Availability to teach classes based on studio needs. Willingness to assist with occasional community events and studio promotions.
