Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Certified Personal Trainer to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. In this role, you will design personalized training programs, deliver engaging coaching sessions, and foster a positive environment that motivates individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and strength training will empower clients to improve their physical fitness, enhance body mechanics, and develop sustainable healthy habits. Duties Develop customized fitness programs tailored to clients' goals, abilities, and health conditions, incorporating strength and conditioning training techniques. Lead individual and group training sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique, safety, and motivation throughout each workout. Assess clients' physical fitness levels using biomechanical analysis, body mechanics evaluation, and physiology knowledge to inform program design. Provide expert coaching on manual handling, weight handling in the workplace, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain comprehensive client records, track progress, and adjust programs as needed to optimize results. Educate clients on anatomy, exercise science, and the importance of proper form to promote long-term health benefits. Ensure safety protocols are followed by demonstrating CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and first aid procedures at all times. Qualifications Certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited organization; additional certifications in sports coaching or group fitness are a plus. Strong knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics essential for effective program development. Proven 5 years of experience in the fitness industry with a background in gym or health club environments preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead coaching sessions for individuals or groups with enthusiasm and professionalism. Familiarity with strength training instruction, sports coaching experience, and designing strength and conditioning programs. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service in a fitness setting. Valid CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation certification, and first aid training required for safety compliance. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism. $39.40 - $47.45 per hour
