This role combines strategic program management with personalized coaching to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. As a key leader in our facility, you will oversee daily operations, develop innovative fitness programs, and foster strong client relationships that promote long-term success. Your energy, expertise, and passion for fitness will empower clients to unlock their full potential while ensuring a safe and engaging experience for everyone. Responsibilities Design and implement personalized workout plans tailored to each client's goals, abilities, and health conditions Be part of our Baby Goat Workouts for Foster Care Fundraiser programs Join us at Marketing Events in the area Lead motivational coaching sessions that inspire clients to stay committed and achieve measurable progress Oversee daily gym operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols Conduct fitness assessments utilizing biomechanics, physiology knowledge, and body mechanics principles to optimize training effectiveness Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, active listening, and exceptional customer service Promote fitness sales by engaging new clients, upselling programs, and maintaining high client retention rates Ensure compliance with liability insurance requirements and uphold safety standards during heavy lifting or complex exercises Experience Proven experience in the fitness industry with a background in personal training, program design, and coaching Demonstrated sports coaching experience or physical education teaching background is highly desirable Extensive knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics to tailor effective training strategies Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and first aid. Prior experience working in health clubs or gym environments with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to lead group classes or one-on-one training sessions with motivation and professionalism Familiarity with fitness sales techniques and client rapport building strategies to grow membership engagement Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise makes a real difference!
