About Us Portres Sports Club is a fast-growing racquet sports and wellness destination combining Pickleball, Padel, Fitness, and Pilates under one roof. We are expanding our Pilates program and are seeking passionate, energetic, and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team. Responsibilities Lead engaging and safe Reformer Pilates classes for members of varying fitness levels Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate individual needs Foster a welcoming, positive, and community-focused class environment Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes Maintain a clean and organized studio space Uphold Portres standards of professionalism and member experience Qualifications Current Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized program Prior teaching experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive per-class compensation Complimentary club access Opportunity to grow with an expanding wellness program Supportive and collaborative team environment Ability to build a loyal client following within a rapidly growing member base Schedule Morning, evening, and weekend opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on instructor availability If you're passionate about Pilates and excited to help build an exceptional wellness community, we'd love to hear from you.
