About Pilates Addiction Pilates Addiction is a results-driven boutique fitness brand offering a transformative movement experience on the Aurum — our proprietary, multi-functional Pilates apparatus found only in Pilates Addiction studios. We believe movement is intelligent, intentional, and empowering. Our educators guide clients through classes that cultivate strength, balance, and confidence from the inside out. Position Summary The Educator delivers safe, biomechanically informed, and motivating Pilates Addiction classes on the Aurum. Educators are responsible for upholding the Pilates Addiction experience through clear cueing, intentional programming, and authentic community connection. This role requires strong movement literacy, professionalism, and an ability to create an inclusive, inspiring class environment aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities Educators will:
Class Experience & Instruction- Deliver high-quality group classes on the Aurum in accordance with Pilates Addiction's training, safety, and programming standards.
- Use clear, effective, and motivational cueing rooted in functional anatomy and movement mechanics.
- Integrate appropriate modifications and progressions for varied fitness levels, physical needs, and client goals.
- Create an inclusive environment that supports client success, confidence, and retention. Training & Development
- Maintain active progress in Pilates Addiction's required training programs and continuing education.
- Attend scheduled trainings, workshops, and team meetings.

Some sessions may be compensated; details will be provided in advance.- Participate in ongoing coaching, evaluation, and feedback with leadership. Collaboration & Professionalism
- Actively support a positive, community-focused studio culture.
- Demonstrate reliability, timeliness, and preparedness for all scheduled classes.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to maintain alignment with Pilates Addiction standards.
- Attend at least one class per month led by another Educator at no charge , to support team cohesion and instructional consistency. Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure studio readiness for each class, including equipment checks, safe spacing, and proper Aurum setup.
- Support light operational tasks related to class delivery (e.g., tidying equipment, resetting machines, client guidance).
- Uphold all brand, safety, and cleanliness standards. Qualifications & RequirementsRequired
- Successful completion of (or current enrollment in) the Pilates Addiction Educator Training Program.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and Pilates fundamentals.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to receive, integrate, and apply coaching and feedback.
- Passion for helping clients progress through movement.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work an agreed-upon schedule, with notice provided per studio policy for permanent changes.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including: Standing for extended periods Bending and kneeling Adjusting equipment Lifting up to 40 lbs Demonstrating movements safely and appropriately Preferred
- Experience teaching Pilates, fitness, or movement-based classes.
- Sales-minded approach to client engagement, including: Warm client interactions Encouraging repeat visits Supporting new client conversion and retention

- Educators are evaluated periodically based on teaching quality, professionalism, consistency, and alignment with Pilates Addiction standards.
