Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual needs and goals Perform thorough movement assessments including the Overhead Squat Assessment Identify and correct muscle imbalances and compensation patterns Design customized, progressive programs rooted in exercise science Educate clients on proper form, body mechanics, and practical nutrition principles Monitor progress through reassessments and measurable benchmarks Adjust programming based on performance and recovery Lead group training sessions when required Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space Promote club services through ethical and confident communication Stay current on research, trends, and best practices in strength and conditioning Required Expertise and Standards Mastery of the Overhead Squat Assessment Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology Ability to confidently correct movement dysfunctions Capability to train clients with injuries, limitations, or medical consideration Professional presence and strong coaching communication High level of accountability and work ethic Commitment to continued education and performance excellence Ability to design comprehensive fitness programs that cater to diverse client needs. Qualifications Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification required Degree in exercise science, kinesiology, biomechanics, athletic training, or related field strongly preferred Proven experience in personal training, sports performance, or group instruction Ability to design comprehensive programs for diverse client populations Sales or health club experience preferred Passion for helping clients achieve measurable, lasting results If you are serious about this profession and want to operate in an environment where your education and expertise are valued, this is your opportunity.
