What You'll Do:
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will: Lead high-energy, 45-minute group training camps (camp format and exercises will be provided) Train members through strength training, conditioning, and form correction Motivate, encourage, and connect with every member on the floor Build relationships that keep members coming back Deliver the Burn Blue Carpet Experience, where every member feels seen, supported, and celebrated Collaborate with the front desk to price present and sell the membership to all new trial members Uphold Burn's high standards of coaching, safety, and professionalism
Training & Support:
You do NOT have to come in knowing everything.

Pay & Schedule:
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid training Flexible schedule Morning and/or evening shifts available Ideal for trainers who want part-time or full-time opportunities We want trainers who are: High energy and confident Passionate about fitness, movement, and helping others Strong communicators who love working with people Team players with a positive attitude Certified (or willing to become certified) personal trainers Experience in group training, boot camps, or coaching is a plus — but heart, hustle, and personality matter most. Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
