• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Certified Personal Trainer to join our vibrant health club team at Snap Fitness Fort Mill .

In this role, you will inspire and guide clients of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized training programs. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will empower clients to improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Design and implement customized training programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness during sessions. Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' physical condition and track progress over time. Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and injury prevention to support holistic wellness. Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and program adjustments. Promote membership sales by educating clients on available services and encouraging ongoing engagement. Requirements Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM). Billingual (Spanish/English) Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for safe training practices. Experience in program design for diverse populations including sports coaching or physical education backgrounds preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and teach individuals or groups effectively. Proven ability in fitness sales or promoting health club memberships is a plus. Familiarity with group fitness instruction and personal training within a gym environment. A passion for helping others achieve their health goals through energetic and positive coaching.
