A Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor develops customized exercise and fitness programs for clients. Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Description
- Lead engaging, safe, and effective group fitness classes for adult guests with varying fitness levels.
- Create a positive class experience that encourages participation, confidence, and fun.
- Modify instruction as needed to support individual guest needs and abilities.
- Contribute to a supportive wellness-focused environment that reflects the H3 guest experience.
- Assist with the internship program, including candidate selection and mentorship. What We're Looking For
- Current fitness certification.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience working with adults across a variety of fitness levels.
- Capability to offer recovery services that support guest wellness, mobility, and post-workout care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate, encourage, and connect with guests.
- A flexible, guest-centered approach to instruction. Compensation & Benefits
- Average yearly Base compensation of over $40K.
