You will lead, educate, instruct and inspire individuals to exercise! With the right candidate this position could become a salary with benefits position. This role focuses on improving the physical fitness and performance through tailored exercise programs and coaching sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness training. Expertise in golf-related exercises and techniques would be a plus! The trainers and therapists at Personal Performance work together as a team to create an inclusive environment and highly skilled service. We believe personal trainers are at the forefront of proactive healthcare. The person who fills this role should lead with professionalism, encompass overall wellness, and be enthusiastic about your career as a personal trainer.
Skills:
Proven experience as a personal trainer, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness and goals. Develop customized fitness programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client, with a focus on improving golf performance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Implement training sessions that incorporate a variety of exercises such as strength training, flexibility exercises, core stability, balance training, and cardiovascular conditioning, all geared towards enhancing golf skills. Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients during training sessions to ensure proper technique, safety, and motivation. Track client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to optimize results and meet goals. Educate clients on the importance of fitness in relation to golf performance, including injury prevention and recovery strategies. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while fostering a supportive environment for clients. Education & Certifications Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in a field related to Exercise Science. (Preferred) Personal Training Certification (NASM, CSCS, ACE, ACSM, TPI)(Preferred) Current CPR certification
