Job Description

F45 Training, the fastest-growing fitness network globally, is searching for fun, energetic trainers for their HIIT circuit classes. Candidates will be group fitness certified or have a personal training certification, preferably with experience leading small groups. All programming is designed for you.
Pay:
20-40 hours of in-class orientation required at an administrative rate After orientation completion, the pay will be $25-$40/class unit for certified instructors based on experience. Free F45 membership
Personal Training/Group Fitness:
Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification required 3 Years of Experience with Group Training preferred First Aid Certification required Responsibilities Lead and instruct fitness classes, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed. Monitor participant progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance performance. Maintain a clean, organized gym environment and ensure equipment is safe and functional. Foster a motivating atmosphere through effective leadership and communication skills. Focus on member retention and transitioning trial members to paid members.
