Day In The Life… Training session starts with greeting the client at the front and reviewing goals, progress, and today's workout Assist client with ongoing training, making adjustments to technique to ensure safe and effective exercise Motivate and educate clients on how to achieve goals through proper nutrition and fitness Log completed training session in the client database and prepare for next training session(s), customizing the programming to the client's needs Maintain current client files for preparedness in the next appointments

Requirements:

Current Personal Training certification required (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, ACE, or other nationally accredited program) CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days No degree needed.
