Reformer Pilates Instructor Integrative Physical Therapy & Wellness Knoxville, TN (Rocky Hill & Farragut Locations) About Us At Integrative Physical Therapy & Wellness, we believe movement should help people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in everyday life. Our practice combines physical therapy, wellness services, and reformer Pilates in a supportive, individualized environment focused on long-term health and movement. We are currently seeking a passionate and engaging Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. Position Summary The Reformer Pilates Instructor will lead private, semi-private, and small group Pilates sessions while creating a welcoming and encouraging experience for clients of all fitness and experience levels. This role is ideal for someone who values: individualized instruction quality movement relationship-building wellness-focused care working collaboratively within a healthcare-based environment Our studio emphasizes a personalized, intimate experience rather than a large high-volume fitness model. Responsibilities Lead safe and effective reformer Pilates sessions Provide individualized cueing and modifications Teach clients ranging from beginners to advanced participants Create a welcoming, encouraging, and professional atmosphere Collaborate with physical therapists and wellness providers when appropriate Support client progression and consistency Assist with maintaining studio cleanliness and organization Help promote studio offerings and community engagement Qualifications Current Pilates certification required Reformer training required Strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and body mechanics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Experience teaching private and small group sessions preferred Healthcare or rehab-based Pilates experience is a plus What Makes Our Studio Different Small, intimate environment Personalized approach to movement and wellness Collaborative atmosphere alongside physical therapy providers Supportive team culture Focus on quality instruction and client relationships Opportunity to work with a diverse clientele including wellness, fitness, and rehabilitation populations Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and session type Flexible scheduling options Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding wellness practice Supportive and collaborative work environment Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: passionate about movement and wellness personable and motivating attentive to form and detail confident working with a variety of populations excited to grow alongside a dynamic healthcare and wellness team
