Now Hiring:
Personal Trainers WindRiver is hiring personal trainers to provide one-on-one and small-group coaching for our members and residents. Looking for trainers skilled in strength programming, functional movement, and goal-based coaching. Part-time/contract, flexible scheduling, competitive per-session pay. WindRiver's new Clubhouse is weeks from opening to the membership. At the center of it is a state-of-the-art fitness facility built to the standard our members expect. New equipment. Purpose-built space for classes. Recovery amenities, sauna, steam, cold plunge, stretch and recovery zone that most private clubs don't offer at all. That means you're not stepping into someone else's schedule, you're helping build the programming from day one, in a facility where nothing is worn in yet and the members are genuinely excited to walk through the door. What you'll do Provide personal training or small group coaching across strength, mobility, cardio, and mind-body formats Deliver a premium, welcoming class experience for members and residents of all ages and fitness levels Help shape a schedule and format mix that fits our membership Represent WindRiver with the professionalism and hospitality our members expect Multiple format certifications are a plus — tell us everything you're qualified to teach What we offer Competitive per-class pay Flexible scheduling built around your availability A brand-new, high-end facility to teach in A consistent, engaged member base who show up for their classes Room to grow your class count as programming expands
Requirements:
Current certification (NASM-CPT, ACE, NSCA-CPT, ACSM, or equivalent) CPR/AED certified 1+ year experience in one-on-one client training Ability to design and progress individualized programs Reliable, professional, member-first attitude
