What You'll Do as a Fitness Coach You're not just running a workout—you're leading an experience. Lead and energize members through science-backed, pre-designed Orangetheory workouts Coach proper form, provide real-time feedback, and ensure a safe training environment Deliver a high-energy group fitness experience that keeps members engaged and motivated Build strong relationships with members to support retention and community Help members set goals, track progress, and celebrate results Confidently demonstrate and coach all studio equipment Apply the science of heart-rate-based interval training in every class Show up as a positive leader and collaborative team player

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Minimum 1 year of group fitness coaching experience Background in personal training, group fitness instruction, or fitness coaching Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to command a room Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start) High energy, confidence, and comfort leading groups in a dynamic environment About Orangetheory Fitness Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body, heart-rate-based interval training workout that blends cardio and strength in a group setting—personalized through technology and expert coaching.
